Unforgettable experience. Went for a meal and they went above and beyond. Really interesting flavors, we love everything stunning octopus dish and high quality charcuterie and also we had a lovely giardiniera canapes with a pecorino foam Highly recommend.!

We went for lunch today and although this restaurant located inside the Cristal hotel is not clearly visible from the outside, it hides a well-kept place inside and the food is also very good, the staff was so kind and above all so helpful in try to satisfy the unusual request made, it would be to try the 4 first courses which are the history and symbol of Rome, because honestly they deserve to be tried all 4 once in a lifetime, amatriciana, gricia, carbonara and cacio e pepe.. .one better than the other even if for my taste the gricia didn't particularly drive me crazy, but obviously these are personal tastes. I recommend everyone to stop and give this restaurant a chance because it really deserves a lot and it's a lot of stuff 🔝
Have a nice lunch today at the Torchio restaurant. We tried a taste of the four classic first courses of Roman cuisine: carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and gricia, dishes preceded by a platter of cheeses and cured meats.
Good execution of the dishes and average prices. Booking made via thefork. If you are in the area, it's a must try.
Wandering around Italy I discovered the Torchio restaurant in Tivoli! The environment is very nice and right from reading the
Menu I noticed true traditional dishes that I am in love with.
The result exceeded expectations,
the super nice owner but above all an excellent chef!
I ate an excellent chicken Cacciatore!
